There are numerous water activities available off the shores of Los Cabos.  Medano beach that extends along the hotel zone to Cabo San Lucas bay is a playground for watercraft, jet skis, sea kayaks, parasailing, and banana boat.  The famous Arch and the Sea Lion colony can be visited either by paddling out on a Sea kayak or riding on a refreshing wave runner. Or you can fly 600 feet above the bay of Cabo San Lucas and admire the beauty of the area on a safe parasailing flight.  There are good restaurants along the beach where you can combine the fun of practicing a water sport and savor a great meal.
